Am I eligible to submit a video?

  • Aged 18 years and over
  • Willing to share your content with the general public
  • Able to access a phone or similar tech to facilitate a video recording. If you don’t have access, please let us know.

Do you have any tips for recording a video?

  • Find a well-lit, quiet spot.
  • Shoot your video in portrait mode (9:16).
  • No naming and shaming. Instead, describe the setting such as a hospital, doctor’s clinic,
    school, supermarket, at home, etc.
  • Don’t worry about editing. Send the raw file. We will sort it out!
  • Keep it real; keep it honest.
  • Maximum 30 seconds in length
