Satellite Connect – Online program

Satellite Connect is a safe space for young people aged 18-25 to share their stories in a supportive and positive environment.

In this FREE, 6-week online program, you’ll meet other young people who have a family member living with mental health challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to chat, collaborate, and create lasting connections with each other.

During the 6 weeks of the program, the themes include Caring for Those with Mental Health Challenges, Self-Compassion, Mental Health, Community Connections among others.

After completing the program, all participants can join a FREE weekend retreat in Victoria,  for further connection, gentle nourishing activities, and time to reflect.

Moreover, all Satellite Connect participants can participate in FREE, accredited Mental Health First Aid Training, with online and in-person delivery options available.

Satellite Connect starts with an introduction session happening on Tuesday 11 February 2025. Followed by weekly sessions from Tuesday 18 February to 25 March 2025.
