Satellite Connect – Online program

‘Satellite Connect’ is a FREE program designed for young adults (18-25) navigating family mental health challenges, including caregiving. Both online and in-person programs begin with an online intro session where we meet, get to know each other, play a game, preview the program, and answer your questions.

Our group workshops celebrate real conversations and creative self-expression—whether that’s through words, art, or whatever feels right for you. Satellite Connect is a space to be yourself and connect with others who “get it”.

But it’s not just about the program. Many past participants have formed lasting friendships, explored new opportunities with Satellite, and continued to share in each other’s different life journeys. Join us for this unique opportunity to connect, share, and grow with people who understand where you’re coming from.

Satellite Connect starts with an introduction session on Monday 24 March 2025, followed by weekly sessions from Monday 31 March to 12 May 2025.
