18 December 2025
Satellite Foundation warmly welcomes Nadine Bartholomeusz-Raymond as our new Chief Executive Officer.
Nadine brings more than 20 years of experience working alongside communities to strengthen mental health, wellbeing and connection for children, young people and families. She joins Satellite with a deep respect for lived experience and a strong belief in the power of relationships, inclusion and community to create meaningful change.
Throughout her career, Nadine has worked across mental health, education, justice, family violence and community services, leading programs that support children and young people early, amplify the voices of families and carers, and remove barriers to access and opportunity. Her leadership style is collaborative, thoughtful and people-centred, with a strong focus on creating safe, inclusive and supportive environments where people and teams can do their best work.
Nadine has previously held senior leadership roles at Justice Connect, Beyond Blue, Quantum Support Services and Women’s Health North and West. She has led national mental health prevention and early-intervention initiatives, supported organisations through periods of growth and change, and worked closely with government, funders and community partners to strengthen impact and sustainability.
She is also an experienced board director, having served with Safe Steps Family Violence Response Centre, Quantum Support Services and Melbourne City Mission. This governance experience informs her strong commitment to transparency, shared accountability and strong organisational foundations.
Nadine joins Satellite following the extraordinary leadership of founding CEO Rose Cuff, whose vision, care and commitment have shaped Satellite into the creative, connected and values-led organisation it is today.
“The Board is delighted that Nadine has accepted the invitation to lead Satellite into the next exciting phase of our growth. Nadine brings a depth of experience, warmth and integrity that strongly align with Satellite’s purpose and values. Nadine brings a breadth of leadership experience and a relational style of team and community building which is a perfect fit for Satellite. Together we will continue our emphatic commitment to listening and responding to lived and living experience as we grow our work in creating safe, creative and inclusive spaces for children and young people navigating family mental health challenges.”
– Cath Dillon, Chair, Satellite Foundation
Reflecting on her appointment, Nadine said:
“I’m honoured to be joining Satellite and deeply respect the organisation’s commitment to lived experience, creativity and connection. I’m looking forward to working alongside the team and community to support children and young people navigating family mental health challenges to feel safe, seen and supported.”
The Board looks forward to working alongside Nadine as Satellite continues its commitment to creating safe, creative and inclusive spaces where children and young people feel supported, connected, safe and seen.
