At Home With Satellite: Music & Me

‘Music & Me’ is a free online workshop for children aged 8–11 across Victoria who are navigating family mental health challenges. Held during the school holidays, it’s a fun, creative space where young people can connect, explore, and express themselves through music.

Sometimes music can say what words can’t. Together, we’ll make our own instruments, discover new ways to express ourselves, and create music in a safe, welcoming environment with other young people who understand.

No musical experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to have a go!

Once registration is confirmed, we’ll deliver all the workshop materials to the young person’s home.
