Satellite Monthly Creative Series: No Worries Dolls

We’re creating this space to support mental health and wellbeing with a monthly creative resource that invites young people, families and friends to follow along, have fun, and be creative together. This month, we’re making No Worries Dolls.

These little dolls from Guatemala are traditionally used to hold your worries and stress.

They are fun to make from scraps of wool, thread, fabric or paper. Use your imagination and whatever materials you have around. You can make animals, superheroes, or little versions of your friends and family to share and give as gifts.

You can tell them your worries and place them under your pillow before you go to sleep.
