Satellite Connect Online Program

Satellite Connect is a FREE 5-week online program for young adults (18–25) navigating family mental health challenges, including caregiving.

Our weekly group workshops are all about celebrating real conversations and creative self-expression—whether that’s through words, art, or whatever feels right for you. Satellite Connect is a space where you can be yourself and connect with others who ‘get it’.

But it’s not just about the program. Many past participants have formed lasting friendships, explored new opportunities with Satellite, and continued to share in each other’s different life journeys. This program is a unique opportunity to connect, share, and grow with people who understand where you’re coming from.

Our Satellite Connect program runs every Thursday for 5 weeks from 6 August to 3 September, 2026.

After completing Satellite Connect, all participants are invited to attend a FREE weekend retreat in Victoria. The retreat presents a great opportunity for further connection, gentle nourishing activities, and time to relax. Participants will also be invited to participate in FREE, accredited Mental Health First Aid Training (online and in-person delivery options available).
