“Recognising Your Orbit” was co-created between the Advocate working group from Satellite’s Youth Advisory Council (YAC) and Satellite staff in 2026. This aim of this group is to advocate for young people with caring responsibilities, by highlighting the intersection of barriers these young people may face, as well as their loved ones with mental health challenges face.

While the intended audience of this zine is for young people aged 16 years and older, who have caring responsibilities, the content is equally relevant for friends, family and supporters of those in mind.
